The 15th DC Independent Film Festival (DCIFF) running is looking for volunteers for:

• Social Media and Outreach
• Ushering and Event Staff during the festival

Long term festival volunteers are part of our team and are rewarded with full access to all festival events and a real job description on our team list. As a full festival volunteer you attend all staff meetings and work on a specific area from now to and through the festival.  We look for enthusiasm, staying power and willingness to work alone as well as with the team.

Festival Program volunteers work hours from March 5th -March 10th in exchange for equivalent hours attending events/watching films. All volunteers must attend 2 festival meetings/orientations in February 2013.

DCIFF shows cutting edge films of all genres, hosts film-related seminars, special events with celebrity filmmakers and receptions with local musicians and we are planning smart, relevant, highly creative and challenging events for 2013.  We are a 100% volunteer-run festival and a registered 501(c) non-profit organization.
