Death by Script
Directed by Jason Kessler
USA / 2017 / 8mins / World Premiere
Death by Script is a thriller comedy that tells the story of an entry level Hollywood script reader who comes across a very poorly written script that’s about a script reader just like him, in an office just like his, with super creepy similarities to his life. Based on what he reads, he realizes that this creepy script may actually lead to the death of anyone who passes on it. After seeking the advice of a friend who’s already made the leap to creative executive, he must go back to the office and decide whether to pass on the script and risk a horrific death, or tell his boss to consider the really awful script and risk getting fired.
