Creator/director/writer/actor of the Emmy Award-winning Anacostia, a soap opera web series running since October 15, 2009 on YouTube and available on Amazon Prime since 2018. The series follows the complex relationships and challenges of the residents of a historic Washington, DC neighborhood.

Multiple Emmy-winning cinematographer and Multi-Media Journalist who has worked for WMAR TV news department, as a technical advisor and actor on Homicide: Life on the Street, and as a freelancer for networks such as ABC, CBS and HBO.

How did she get to Hollywood? Cynthia grew up in Silver Spring, has had a successful film and television career to date and is starring in the upcoming 2022 Amazon Rings of Power series, the prequel to The Lord of the Rings.
