WUSA 9 is part of DC. Launched in 1949 WUSA 9 carries the news on “where we live.” As the 2011 DC Independent Film Festival wound down, they spotlighted two films that made a splash at the locally beloved festival, “The Blair Witch Project,” and “Late Rounders.“
